You have 30 days from delivery to return a standard in-stock module. It must be new, uninstalled and unmodified, in its original packaging with all hardware. After that window, only the warranty and delivery-damage claims apply.

Email ventes@dilamco.com or call (514) 820-0773 with your order number and the modules involved. We confirm eligibility and issue a return authorization. The module is then dropped off or picked up at our Rigaud warehouse, inspected, and refunded.

A 15% restocking fee applies to standard returns to cover handling and inspection; the rest is refunded to you. Return shipping is at your expense, except when we made an error or the item is damaged or defective — in that case Dilamco covers everything.

Final sale items include: custom items (catalyzed finish or a colour ordered specially), pieces cut or fitted on site (fillers, finishing panels), custom replacement doors, and any module that has been installed or modified. These items remain covered against defects by the warranty.

Report it within 48 h with photos to ventes@dilamco.com. We replace or repair the item at no charge, shipping included — even if it’s normally a final-sale item. Delivery damage is never at your expense.

Yes. An exchange follows the same conditions as a standard return (30 days, item intact). Changing finish or dimensions means placing a new order: we help you pick the right module and coordinate delivery.

Once the module is received and inspected at the warehouse, the refund is issued within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method. You receive an email confirmation.

An installed module isn’t eligible for return, but it stays covered by our 10-year warranty on the cabinet box and hardware. A single project manager handles any follow-up after installation.
