Current Projects

Dilamco Construction, a Montreal APCHQ general contractor, is currently working several projects that need extensive work. One of particular interest is the replacement of a 2 story aluminum balcony

Here is how we proceed with the construction of a new 2 story aluminum balcony

Demolition of existing balcony, railings, and stairs
Repair building wall where required
Excavate to build base with either sono tubes or a footing
Install aluminum structure
Install fibreglass balcony floors
Install aluminum railings
Install spiral stairs

With this type of newly constructed aluminum balcony no maintenance will be required.

Winter construction

Yes, it is still possible to build and renovate during the winter months.
